How to enable notifications
Open your project in PROJECTS
Navigate to the ALERTS tab
Add the email addresses of everyone who should receive notifications
Notifications are triggered when a model file:
Fails processing - Conversion failed
Gets stuck in Pending
How notifications work
If there are failed files in the project, Novorender will send a notification email every morning.
The email includes:
A list of failed files
Direct links to the relevant folder in PROJECTS
The same list of failed files is also available directly in the ALERTS tab inside the project.

Project administrators monitoring uploads
BIM/VDC coordinators
Teams managing automated model imports
Quickly identifying failed or stalled processing jobs
