White screen problems

Do you experience white screen in Explorer? Try these settings in your browser.

Try to apply these steps in Microsoft Edge browser:

  1. In Edge open Settings → System and performance → System.
    Ensure that “Use graphics acceleration when available” is on.

  2. Open “edge://flags” and enable “Override software rendering list”, need to restart browser after that.

Try to apply these steps in Google Chrome browser:

  1. In Chrome open Settings → System.

  2. Ensure that “Use graphics acceleration when available” is on.

  3. Open “chrome://flags” and enable “Override software rendering list”, need to restart browser after that
