In able to use your web browser to its fullest capacity on a Microsoft computer, the GPU often has to be enabled for Chrome and/or Edge. To do so:
Enter “Graphic Settings” on your computer
Enable “Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling”
Select the browsers and applications that you are using with Novorender, and set them to “High Performance”
It could be a good idea to restart your PC
