The Clash feature in Novorender allows you to organize, review, and navigate clashes within your project.
By grouping clashes into sets, you can more efficiently coordinate between disciplines and resolve conflicts.

1. Accessing Clash Sets

  1. Open the Clash Widget from the interface.

  2. You will see a list of all available clash sets in the model.

  3. Each clash set represents conflicts between two defined systems or categories (e.g., Construction vs. Road Guardrails).

2. Reviewing Clashes in a Set

2.1 Selecting a Clash Set

  • Choose a clash set from the list.

  • All clashes related to that set will be displayed.

  • Example: Construction vs. Road Guardrails.

2.2 Navigating to Individual Clashes

  • Select a clash within the set.

  • Click to fly directly to the objects in the 3D view.

  • Example: Inspect a guardrail intersecting with a construction wall.

3. Filtering Clashes

  • Use the built-in filter options to narrow down the clash list.

  • Filtering makes it easier to locate specific conflicts within a large clash set.

  • This improves navigation and speeds up the resolution process.
