See how you can add members to a project in multiple different ways

In the video below we will show you how to add Members to your project(s), and assign them one/multiple roles. You can add multiple people/groups at once via:

  • Email

    • If you want to add members via Entra-ID groups to a projects, see this guide.

  • Entra ID Security Groups

  • Microsoft Teams Groups

  • Tenant IDs

  • CSV import of user(s)

    • Add a CSV with columns containing "Name" and "Email"

    • Assign everyone in the CSV one or many roles

0:01 Add members to your project by clicking the members tab. So you can see these are, this is the list of the people in your project.

0:10 Currently we only have one. So you can click the add button, so you can add a user using email. You can give that person or multiple, uh, emails a row that you set, and you can also set, uh, an expiry date, which is optional, meaning that the person or the people will only have access to a certain period

0:37 of time. This is by adding single users. You can also use AD or enter ID groups, uh, to give them, uh, roles, uh, so you can give multiple people, uh, the same role or roles, uh, at once.

0:53 The same for teams. You can use a tenant ID and a warning then it will be set for the entire permission of the entire organization.

1:01 You can also upload a CSV file with, uh, names and emails and assign them roles that you would like to have in your product, project.
