The Images Widget in Novorender allows you to view and navigate all images that have been added to the model.
It provides both a list and 3D icons in the scene, enabling quick access to visual documentation such as flat or panorama images.

1. Accessing the Images Widget

  1. Open the Images Widget from the interface.

  2. All available images will appear:

    • As a list in the widget.

    • As icons placed directly in the 3D model.

2. Viewing Images

2.1 From the 3D Viewer

  • Click an image icon in the 3D model to open it directly.

  • Use the Fly-to button to navigate to the exact position in the 3D model where the image was taken.

2.2 From the Widget List

  • Select an image from the list.

  • The image opens in the viewer.

  • You can also use Fly-to from the widget to position the camera at the image’s location.

3. Navigating Between Images

  • Use the arrows at the bottom of the widget to move to the previous or next image.

  • Exit the image view by clicking the close (X) button in the top corner.

4. Filtering and Searching Images

The widget provides tools to refine your image search:

  • Filter by Image Type:

    • Panorama images.

    • Flat images.

  • Filter by Date:

    • Search for images uploaded on a specific date.

    • Define a date range to narrow results.
