Error Searching by User

  1. Check Your Sign-In Method
    Make sure you’re using the right sign-in method for your project:

    Option 1: You created a username and password in Novorender.
    Your username is your email address.
    Option 2: You sign in with your Microsoft account for projects hosted by your own organization.
    Option 3: You sign in with your Microsoft account for projects hosted by another organization (outside your company).

  2. Check the Project URL
    Make sure you’re using the correct link to open the project.
    If you’re not sure, ask your BIM coordinator for the correct URL.

Confirm User Access

If a user can’t sign in, check that the user is added to the project.
A user must be added either:

  • In an Active Directory (AD) Group), or

  • Individually by email address.
