Try to REBUILD the resource
Test the file in any free viewer to validate that the file isn't corrupted
FOR IFC file:
DWG file:
Test the file in free DWG viewer (DWG True View, ect.)
Other files:
Test the file in another software (Navisworks, ect.)
Troubleshoot: When uploaded files get a "conversion failed" state
